On the product
A
Atlas is the spatial substrate of the Snæu platform. It assembles cadastral parcels, zoning ordinances, terrain models, and infrastructure layers into one coherent canvas — accessible to planners, analysts, and capital allocators without the friction of stitching seven systems together.
Where most spatial software demands you arrive with a hypothesis, Atlas was drawn the other way around: the map opens, and what is salient declares itself. Density, elevation, ownership concentration, lease maturity — surfaced as quiet, legible strata, not visual noise.
Beneath the calm interface, Atlas indexes 14 million parcels across the Nordic countries, refreshed nightly from authoritative registers, with provenance carried forward at the cell level.
Capabilities
What Atlas does, in three movements.
Cadastral resolution
Every parcel carries provenance — register source, registration date, and the last confirmed transfer. No black boxes.
Zoning intelligence
Active and pending plans, harmonised across municipal jurisdictions, with the regulatory text linked directly from the geometry.
Composable layers
Terrain, hydrology, infrastructure, and demographic strata can be lifted, dimmed, or queried — the canvas adapts to the question.
Interface
The console, in posture.
