Security

Security is treated as part of the product, not an addition to it. The platform is built on authoritative registers, with provenance carried forward, and access is granted under written agreement to named institutions.

The specific security controls that apply to an engagement — encryption, access governance, logging, and review cadence — are set out in the written agreement with each institution, rather than asserted as blanket public claims.

If you believe you have found a security issue in this site or the Snæu platform, we want to hear from you. Write to security@snæu.com with enough detail to reproduce the issue. Where the matter is sensitive, say so in the subject line.

Please give us a reasonable opportunity to investigate and remediate before any public disclosure. We will not pursue good-faith research conducted under this guidance.

We acknowledge serious reports promptly, keep you informed of progress, and credit reporters who wish to be named once an issue is resolved.
